ROAMWAKE Shipping Policy

Where we ship

ROAMWAKE currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. We do not offer international customer delivery at this time.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping: $8.00 for orders under $70.00.
Free Standard Shipping: Available on qualifying orders of $70.00 or more.

The applicable shipping options and final charges are displayed at checkout.

Order processing and fulfillment

ROAMWAKE processes orders manually and works with third-party fulfillment partners to ship your items.

Some products may ship from fulfillment facilities outside the United States. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages.

We provide tracking information when it becomes available from the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner.

Shipping and delivery times

Estimated delivery is 6–11 calendar days total, including 2 calendar days of handling. This is a supplier estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Shipping and delivery times depend on product availability, fulfillment origin, destination, and carrier conditions.

We do not guarantee an exact delivery date unless expressly stated. We accept orders only when we reasonably expect to ship within any stated shipment timeframe or, when none is stated, within 30 days after receiving the order.

If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and provide the opportunity to consent to a delay or receive a refund, as required by applicable law.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a correction. Changes may not be possible after dispatch.

For missing, damaged, or incorrect deliveries, contact ROAMWAKE with your order number and available tracking information so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.
