ROAMWAKE operates an online store offering portable coffee equipment, espresso machines, grinders, and related accessories through roamwake.com.

Throughout these Terms of Service, “ROAMWAKE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this online store.

2. Products and Availability

ROAMWAKE is an independent retailer that selects and sells products manufactured or supplied by third parties.

Product images may include styled environments, accessories, or props. Only the items expressly identified as included in a product listing form part of that purchase.

Product availability may change without notice. If we cannot fulfill an order after payment has been collected, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges are calculated or disclosed during checkout before an order is submitted.

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout, including Shopify Payments where enabled.

We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer before proceeding and offer cancellation and a refund where appropriate.

4. Orders and Cancellations

Submitting an order does not guarantee that every item is available for fulfillment.

ROAMWAKE may decline or cancel an order due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, an incorrect listing, or an inability to fulfill the order lawfully.

If a canceled order has already been paid for, we will issue the appropriate refund.

Customers may request cancellation before shipment by contacting ROAMWAKE Support. Once an order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible, and our Return & Refund Policy will generally apply.

Nothing in these terms limits cancellation rights provided by applicable law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

ROAMWAKE currently serves eligible shipping addresses within the United States.

We use third-party fulfillment partners and manually coordinate supplier orders. Some products may ship from fulfillment facilities outside the United States, and multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges are displayed at checkout.

Order processing and delivery times vary depending on product availability, fulfillment origin, carrier operations, and destination.

We will ship within any applicable promised shipment timeframe or, if no timeframe is stated, within 30 days after receiving the order. If we cannot ship within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the required delay or cancellation options and refunds in accordance with applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

ROAMWAKE offers a 30-day return window beginning on the date an order is delivered, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

For change-of-mind returns, eligible products generally must be unused, in their original condition, and complete with included components and accessories.

Customers are responsible for eligible change-of-mind return shipping costs. ROAMWAKE does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products will be handled appropriately under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Product Use and Safety

Customers should read and follow all manufacturer-provided instructions, safety warnings, and operating guidelines before using any product.

Products containing rechargeable batteries, heating components, or electrical systems must be operated and charged according to their applicable instructions.

If a product appears damaged, overheats unexpectedly, or presents a potential electrical or battery safety hazard, discontinue use and contact us.

ROAMWAKE will assist customers with product concerns, including damaged or defective products. Nothing in these terms excludes legal rights or remedies relating to product safety, defects, or injury.

8. Product Warranties

Any applicable product warranty will be described in the relevant product listing or documentation supplied with the product.

A manufacturer's warranty is not automatically a separate ROAMWAKE warranty.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits warranties, remedies, or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Users may not attempt to interfere with website security, misuse checkout systems, submit fraudulent transactions, or use the website to violate applicable laws.
